1. Initial purchase refund window

If you are a new customer, you may request a full 100% refund within 7 calendar days of your initial paid purchase of SEOWorkerAI.

This refund window applies to the first paid purchase only. After that 7-day window, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we approve an exception.

2. Renewals and later charges

Subscription renewals, usage-based charges, upgrades, add-ons, and later billing periods are generally non-refundable once charged, unless required by law or expressly approved by us.

3. Refund restrictions

Refunds may be denied where there is abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, violation of the Terms & Conditions, or other evidence that the service was used in bad faith.
