These terms explain the rules for using SEOWorkerAI, paying for the service, and connecting external providers such as Google.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using SEOWorkerAI, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. You may use the service only for websites, content, and provider accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable law and third-party terms.

2. The service

SEOWorkerAI provides SEO workflow, automation, reporting, content brief, and CMS execution support features. Some features may be fully automated, while others may require review, approval, or manual follow-up. We may change, add, limit, or remove features at any time.

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic increases, revenue outcomes, or any specific SEO result.

3. Accounts, credentials, and connected providers

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, your connected CMS credentials, site tokens, and any provider authorizations. If you connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or other providers, you authorize us to use those connections to operate the features you request.

Provider availability, data quality, rate limits, suspensions, or API changes are controlled by the provider and may affect service performance.

4. Fees, billing, taxes, and subscriptions

Paid features may require an active subscription or one-time payment. Prices, billing intervals, and included quotas may be shown at checkout or in your account. Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled.

You authorize our payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the applicable fees, taxes, and any other amounts due under your plan. You are responsible for keeping billing information current.

Where applicable, taxes may be collected and remitted by our payment provider or by us, depending on the transaction structure and local rules.

5. Quotas, usage limits, and suspension

We may enforce limits based on plan, site count, managed page count, content brief volume, feature access, or other usage measures. If payment is overdue, quotas are exceeded, fraud is suspected, or provider access is unavailable, we may restrict or suspend all or part of the service.

You agree not to bypass quotas, billing gates, or authorization controls in the platform, plugin, or APIs.

6. Refund policy

If you are a new customer and request a refund within 7 calendar days of your initial paid purchase, we will provide a full 100% refund of that initial payment. After that 7-day window, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly approved by us.

Refunds may be denied where there is abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or clear violation of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate the rights of others, process data without authorization, interfere with websites you do not control, engage in unlawful activity, scrape or abuse provider APIs outside permitted use, or attempt to reverse engineer, disable, or misuse the service.

8. No guarantee and limitation of responsibility

SEO involves search engines, competitors, technical systems, content quality, off-site authority, and other factors outside our control. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you misuse the service, fail to pay, create operational or legal risk, or violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any outstanding fees or legal obligations.

10. Changes and contact
